What employers generally pay for 2-Year MBA programs? I noticed, for example, that McKenzie & Company will pay the MBA costs of an MBA if you stay with them for at least 2 years after graduation. Is this common for the top Consulting and/or I-Banking firms... or any other companies?

Most top consulting firms usually send their successful analysts for MBAs (including McKinsey & Company :)). Typically the candidates pay, but if they decide to go back to the firm, the candidates are reimbursed.

Amongst the more mainstream companies in the industry, HP provides funding for a limited number of individuals (up to approx 50K per annum) with a bond period of 3.5 years after MBA.
