Having scored GMAT of 650, with 7 years of work experience (IT Consulting, business development, pre sales etc), BE and M.S Degrees, I am targetting following schools -
1. Virgina Darden
2. Penn Smeal
3. Maryland Smith
4. Carlson Minnesota
5. Kelley, Indiana.
Could you give me further advice on strategy, how to approach these schools ?

these are the schools which have -
1. good reputation / ranking (top 30)
2. affordable costs
3. close to big cities (where my spouse can work)
4. good placement rate
5. good acceptance rate (~40 % )
I am not sure if 650 GMAT is competitive enough to apply to top 20 B schools. Also I am not sure how to manage the HUGE opportunity costs of the top 20 BSchools.
