Hi Hjort
I intend to apply for some schools which emphasize on the leadership skills. Meanwhile, I haven't ever hold the position of leader in any fields. So I do not know how to decribe my leadership potention and how to persuade the admission that I will be leader. Could you advice me what I should do now?

Some thoughts-
1) Where have you exhibited leadership- does that experience translate to business?
2) Have you personally worked with great leaders? What aspects of their leadership style would you incorporate?
3) What historical leaders have you admired/studied? What inspired you about them?
