3.9 GPA, double-major in mech. eng. and math
2 years of work experience, engineering leadership program
I'm 22 years old. I am currently a mechanical/aero engineer. I recently graduated from a top 50 college (full-tuition 4-yr merit scholarship) with a double-major in mechanical engineering and applied mathematics.
In college, I served as the elected student body president for a year and founded a fraternity on campus focused on recruiting and developing student leaders.
I am planning to enroll in fall 2009. My post-MBA plans are to go into management consulting.
My question is: where can I get into? Am I good enough for the top schools?

awesome background. I posted my reply to your other thread, but you need to sell your leadership experiences, your "wow" factors (the relay for life thing is good), and have very strong recommendations that talk about how amazing you are.
Focus on 2-4 themes (depending on the school and how many essays you have). Preferably 50% work and 50% outside. Don't talk about too many things shallowly, but talk about a few things in depth.
Read Montauk's and Bodine's books on application/essays, and you should do well!

Yep, great profile.
In the interim, if you are interested in team work, leadership and communication skills. How to build teams etc. You may want to look into the work of Elias Porter and Meredith Belbin
