Hello-
I was laid off 06/08 from job of 2 yrs. I took a job fairly quickly due to financial and insurance reasons, 3 months in I was recruited back to a previous employer (job before the lay off) in management role.
How would this be best reflected on the resume? Is it ok to leave off the 3 month job since it wasn't materially relevant to my job experience. Do I address this in the optional essay and leave it off? I do not want to be perceived as a job hopper, and I know leaving off would be cause for concern seeing a 3 month gap.
