A) Implies that the traingle is right angled at B, with AC as its hypotenuse because the side lenghts are the multiples of the pythagorous triplet 3,4,5. So area is 9*12

B) Property: The angle subtended by the diameter at any point on the circumference is 90. Hence the traingle is right angled at B, with AC as its hypotenuse. This is suff to derive the area.

First statement: When the three side of a triangle is known, the area can be found out. -> Sufficient
Second Statement: If AC is the diameter and if B lies on the Circle, then the angle at B would be a right angle making triangle ABC a right angled triangle. We know the value of AC(15 cm) BC(4/5AC = 12 cm) and by Pythagoras theorem, the third side can be determined and thus AB = 9 cm. -> Sufficient.

Thus the answer is option D.
