A) 10 = 5*2.
B)11.........Prime
C)14 =7*2
D)20 =5*4.
E)22 = 11*2. ...............22 can't be factor of 9!.

E is the best answer.

from the given set only 22 is non prime and not a factor of 9!

IMO E 22.
