Lateral surface area=2*pi*r*h=168*pi
r*h=84
1)h=12
2)r=7

Surface area of a right circular cylinder =2$$\pi r^2$$+2$$\pi$$rh
Lateral surface area = 2$$\pi$$rh = 168$$\pi$$
S1 - h=12
We can find radius r, so Surface area.
Sufficient.

S2 - r=7
We can find Surface area.
Sufficient.
