Lateral surface area=2*pi*r*h=168*pi
r*h=84
1)h=12
2)r=7
D is the answer

Surface area of a right circular cylinder =2\(\pi r^2\)+2\(\pi\)rh

We can find radius r, so Surface area.
Sufficient.

S2 - r=7
We can find Surface area.
Sufficient.

Answer D.
