We need to find the value of integer N

STAT 1: 0.1 < 0.05n < 0.3n

Multiplying all the sides by 100 we get
10 < 5n < 30n
=> 5n > 10 and 30n > 5n
=> n > 2 and 25 > 0
=> n > 0 and n > 2
=> n > 2
But there can be multiple integer values of n which can satisfy this
=> NOT SUFFICIENT

STAT 2: 0.2 < 0.1n < 0.4

Multiplying all the sides by 10 we get
2 < n < 4
=> n = 3
=> SUFFICIENT

So, Answer will be B
