a) \(x^{12}+x^{12} = x^{12}(1+1) = 2*x^{12}\). Eliminate A.

b) \((-x^{12})^{-2}\) = \(\frac{-1}{x^{24}}\). Eliminate B.

c) \((x^6)^6 = x^{36}\). Eliminate C.

d) \(x^2*x^3*x^4 = x^{2+3+4} = x^9\). Eliminate D.

e) \((x^{72})^{\frac{1}{3}}\) = \(x^{\frac{72}{3}} = x^{24}\). E is the answer.
