Easiest and may be the best would be to substitute 100 for m..
So p=60% of 100 = 60
And q=100*3/5=60
p-q=60-60=0

A

Also 3/5=6/10 which is nothing but 60%

Let $$m = 10$$

So, $$p = 6$$

And $$q = 6$$

Hence $$p - q = 0$$ , Answer must be (A)
