Easiest and may be the best would be to substitute 100 for m..
So p=60% of 100 = 60
And q=100*3/5=60
p-q=60-60=0

A

Also 3/5=6/10 which is nothing but 60%

Let \(m = 10\)

So, \(p = 6\)

And \(q = 6\)

Hence \(p - q = 0\) , Answer must be (A)
