Find the fraction of any 1 alloy.
Fraction of Zinc in Alloy X = 6/15 = 2/5
Fraction of Zinc in Alloy Y = 7/18
Fraction of Zinc in Alloy Z = (2/5*40 + 7/18*60)/100 = 118/300 = 59/150
--> Fraction of Copper = 1 - 59/150 = 91/150
So, Ratio of Zinc and Copper in Alloy Z = 59/150:91/150 = 59:91

In 90 unit of X alloy, zinc is 36 parts and In 90 unit of Y alloy, zinc is 35 parts. Let there is x unit of zinc in the 90 gm 2:3 mixture of X and Y alloys.
