x,y , and z are positive integers. Is x% of y bigger than y% of z ?

1: x=z

2: z-y =y-z

* Can we assume x=y=z for eqation 1..just one more case?

x % of y = xy/100
y% of z = yz/100

question is asking is (xy/100) > (yz/100) ?
or is xy > yz
we know x,y and z are +ve

so the question can be simplified to is x>z ?

(1) tells us x=z . that means x is not > z. So sufficient.
(2) no infor about x and z. Not suff.

P.S. I don't get your question reg x=y=z

1st statement

x = z , means question is asking for z% of y = y% of z, its always true!

2nd statement:- No conclusion

So Ans is A)

but take x=10,y=10,z=10 (x=z , also x=y=z)

so 10% of 10 = 10% of 10 ... means x% of y is not bigger than y% of z .

x=10 y = 20 z =10

so 10% of 20 = 2 and 20% of 10 =2... x% of y is not bigger than y% of z .

A is sufficient..

I got my error.. sorry to trouble you guys...
