If you are planning on taking the gmat anytime soon & are unable to reach that target score, E-Gmat is the course you must opt for.

2) Their in-course videos helps in the development of key core skills that would help you get Q51.
3) Scholaranium has more than 1000 questions which can be taken topic-wise or mock-wise. The explanation to the solutions is so concise and precise that it will help you develop clear conceptual knowledge, these skills would help you get solution to a gmat level question in under 1:30 minutes.

I would recommend the e-gmat Verbal Online course to all aspirants for GMAT. Verbal is key to maiking your GMAt score. I have witnessed so may cases where aspirants have a 50 in Quant but a 30-32 in Verbal. I have tried the e-gmat verbal online and the type of content, the clarity in presenting it and the attention to detail is amazing. Especially the Pre-quiz before each section and e-gmat scholaranium are two tools that lead you to see results and feel confident of your skills as well accessing your current skill levels. Believe me reading a text book and attending an interactive e-gamt course makes a lot of difference and the platform is highly engaging.
Also, If you have a doubt about any particular answer choice you can always refer to discussions on that questions and ask experts then and there if you have any doubts or gaps in understanding.

I would highly recommend e-gmat Verbal Online because its the Verbal score that gives an edge to the Overall GMAT score.

GMAT Verbal made simple

I took the GMAT for the first time way back in November 2015 and scored an abysmal 660 subsequent to which I joined the E-GMAT course after reading the reviews on multiple forums. My verbal wasn't bad considering the fact that I had scored a 99%ile in CAT (entrance test for admissions to premier Indian B Schools). However I lacked a structured approach to crack verbal problems and E-GMAT gave me that approach. After 6 months of diligent studies, I scored a 710 with an impressive 38 in Verbal. I think the major standout points of the course were
1. Structured approach to crack SC problems with a 3 step process comprising understanding the meaning, error analysis and elimination. I believe if you follow this approach over time it becomes intuitive and the time to solve SC problems falls dramatically
2. Secondly, the approach to RC too was very comprehensive. I always believed that RC never required an approach to crack the passage. However the 7 step approach to solve RCs has considerably improved my accuracy in RC to well over 80%
3. Finally in case of CR the pre-thinking approach to solving CR problems has been really beneficial. CR was one of my weakest areas a year and half back and I have made great strides in this section

Unfortunately I could not get an admit in the top 10 US B Schools that I was targeting and hence I have decided to retake the GMAT to get a 740 plus score. I have still continued with the E-GMAT course and have started scoring in the 710-730 range in mocks and hope to cross the 740 barrier.

I would recommend this course for Verbal to anyone who is not a native English speaker. I believe it is one of the most comprehensive, structured and relevant GMAT verbal courses

e-gmat SC course is the best course around

Hello Everyone !
This review is for someone who is a non-native like me (although I feel that e-mat will surely help natives and non-natives alike). Before e-gmat I tried 2 courses for verbal - 1. Manhattan Gmat Verbal and EmpowerGMAT. After completing the above 2 courses I was still struggling to break the 700 mark because of weak sentence correction. I went through the Manhattan SC guide twice along with listening to EmpowerGMAT verbal multiple times but could never feel comfortable doing SC Questions. The problem with EmpowerGMAT is that it relies too much on one's ear. Manhattan GMAT SC guides on the other hand are really good for understanding individual rules but when it comes to applying 3-4 different rules/concepts in real GMAT like questions some how I was always making mistakes. The explanations for OG questions in the book and the online videos are not helpful. The explanations fail to unambiguously convey to the reader why a particular options is right vs why other options are not.. In short the explanations are a lot like the explanations in the OG guide. So after struggling with SC for about 1-1.5 month I decided to give e-gmat a try.
It turned out to be an excellent course and a good value for money. e-gmat teaches you a very methodical approach which can be used for all SC Questions alike without any exceptions. I must say that at first the 3 step approach (Meaning Analysis, Error analysis and options analysis) made me feel like I could never complete the question in 90 odd seconds if I were follow the approach to the letter but as I solved more and more questions (say 20-30 questions) following the same approach my accuracy improved quite a bit and the average time required to solve a SC question went down. Ultimately my verbal score improved from a below par V26 in mock tests to V38 in actual test and I could break the 700 mark.

Scholarinium provides the best collection of questions to understand and apply any topic in verbal in timely manner.
It applies three step process to solve any question, process which is the best part in my opinion.
Each of the question is followed by detailed solution. It provides why each of the option is correct and why other options are wrong.

Question pool is sufficient in each of the topics: RC, CR and SC.

My accuracy level went from 50% to 85% during the course.

I would highly recommend the E-GMAT verbal online and E-GMAT Scholarinium for any prospective students. Practice using the scholarinium and improve your chances to score higher on real GMAT Day.

Need to write a few words over egmat Verbal online course.

I started with V13 and reach to V30 with the help of this course.

Extremely concise content and level check at every minute level will help you a lot .

If you are GMAT takers , then you must be knowing that pracitising set of question with right approach is what leads to GMAT success. and In this cource I find this exactly same.

I would strongly recommend this course for every individual.

My Take out of 10.

SC: 10/10 : Must
CR : 9/10 : Good .. CR power score bible and this course will sufficient to crack GMAT CR
RC : MUST

ON top of this ; egmat provides Verbal Scholranium tool. THis is only tool where you able to find actual GMAT like question. I am not markeing for EGMAT but believe me I tried lots of resources and but only find this course has high credibility question.

i started gmat prep in feb 2017 and in april i took first mock, scoring 590 and 22 in verbal. It was devastating for me because I never thought that i would score so low. expectation were much higher. this score was after two months of preparation from manhatten verbal guide and jamboree quant material. in may i bought egmat SC online course and from this point of time things got changed because the problem was not prep material nor it was concepts because i was very clear with concepts. problem was something else which i was not able to figure out
the whole problem was in my reading strategy what i came to know only after joining egmat.
GMAT is all about reading and interpreting

few observations about egmat

1. course is so lively that even a live class teacher cant match impact of egmat modules
2. best part is that every module is arranged in chronological order and word by word interpretation really help in correting the reading habit.
3. when one is through all modules he do not need to remember concepts, concepts just come in to habit

my experience with GMAT

I devoted 90% of time to verbal even then failed to manage timing in verbal section because of nervousness.
I marked last 8-9 questions in just two minutes without even reading. I dont know how these questions impacted my score, but for sure if i had managed time better score would have been better.
avoiding nervousness is impossible but try to manage as much as you can.

last thing reading newyork times during prep can help in SC and RC.

I started preparing for GMAT with Manhattan GMAT (MGMAT) course, and it confused me a lot. Not sure of about my daily progress.

After 1 months of prep. and sort of reaching no where, I looked in GMATClub for better preparation course and found E-GMAT. Web based course with progress percentage helped me track my progress clearly. Support is awesome.

I gave 2 mock tests and my average score is 610 before e-GMAT. Then, I started preparing courses in e-GMAT and it helped a lot . I planned to make my basics strong and it helped me a lot.

The Verbal Course is amazing , practice questions are above 700 level. Last week, I gave 3 mock test in MGMAT and my average score was 730 . I do have come a long way from 610. Relying on e-GMAT for the help.

I recommend E-GMAT verbal course for everyone. Teaches basics clearly with lot of practice question. I made a good choice.

Best of luck :)

This is an excellent instrument to improve your quant skills. The tasks are challenging and really hard. I would assume that the tasks are of a 700+ level. I was using it mainly for polishing my skills after completion of general course and using OG. It is very structured and very convenient if one wants to understand where is the weakest spots in his/her preparation. You could track your performance with the detailed break down by different types of skills required. My abilities have improved substantially (at least 5 points on a quant section). I would advise to go through e-GMAT quant preparation and then practice with Scholaranium.

My Quant section was good enough, but my Verbal was not great. The first time, I got V27, but I kept working on my verbal, using Manhattan Guides and other sources. However, I did not see the improvement in my scores after reading the books. So, I decided to buy e-GMAT Verbal Online. After taking a few lessons of SC part, I had more confidence and felt that I was really understanding the SC concepts easily. As I took more practice tests from e-GMAT Verbal, sentence correction became easier. I improved my Verbal score from 27 to 33.

Although the concepts in books and in e-GMAT are similar, the way SC is taught in e-GMAT is much more focused and effective because of course structure and visual presentations.

I highly recommend this course for native and non-native GMAT test takers if they want to improve their score in the Verbal section of GMAT.
