- Was it easy to find? - Yes. Except the building entrance.
- Were the staff polite and respectful? - Yes.
- Were there proper facilities and restrooms? - Restrooms are okay. No watch to check the time.
- What was the noise level from external sources (street, lights, A/C, etc)? - I could hear people talking in the reception area. Rest all good.
- Why would you retake the test here or in another location? - Closer to my location.

PearsonVue, Chennai

PearsonVue, one of the professional centres, takes ardent effort to provide the better exam experience. But all the centres don't afford this luxury. I have one of my worst experiences during October 2016.

I have chosen Vellore, VIT as my test centre. In the first place, it was very hard to find the exact location in the college. Barely, none knows the centre in the college. Once the examiner came, I was given the ear plug and scratch pad. The scratch pad was so dirty. There was some construction work going on and the room was not sound proof. So ear plug and scratch pad were literally of no use to me. Consider all these nuances, my scores got completely.

I just visited Chennai centre to double check my doubts. All my grievances were addressed properly. It is one of the best centres, I have encountered. Everything is very professional.

So please check the centre once and then schedule the exam

The centre is located on the everbusy Nelson Manikam road, so if you are planning to commute by car/taxi, i suggest you plan for some congestion in advance.

The test centre is on the 4th floor of the building on the rear, so you might have to ask the security for the directions. The staff there are polite and courteous and help you with all your queries.

The exam might start a earlier then your scheduled appointment time if there are free systems available as was in my case,

the environment is quiet except for the loud key strokes from your fellow test takers. you have to bear with it.

The ambiance,facilities and environment were conductive to have an overall good Test taking experience
