The exam centre was excellent overall. The location was convenient and easy to find. I arrived early, and they allowed me to begin my exam ahead of time, which was a pleasant surprise. All formalities, including ID verification and seating arrangements, were handled smoothly and efficiently. The staff were approachable, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The environment inside was quiet, with no outside noise or disturbances, allowing for full concentration. The ambience was calm and comfortable, and the centre was clean and well-maintained. The systems worked perfectly, with no technical glitches. A very positive and stress-free exam experience.

The Test center is located near to Kalighat metro station and at a walking distance from Kalighat temple. The center can be reached conveniently from any location. The center is free from noise and disturbances and actually the top floor of an apartment.
The test administrator madam was friendly and guided thoroughly regarding the requirements and test taking procedure.
The test room and the test taking conditions are OK; however the rest room is a bit congested.
I would definitely recommend this center to all and planning to retake on same location.
Reach your center in time and all the best for your exam!!

I appeared for the GMAT exam in the Pearson VUE test center in Kaligha, Kolkata. The test centre is not very easy to locate. It is an extremely small room with nearly five or six systems and I wasn’t happy with the seating arrangement. I was worried after entering the test center that some unforeseen incident might ruin my exam.
But the test centre staff were supportive and explained everything clearly. They even gave me a set of three pens so that I wouldn’t face any problem with that. Because it is not in an isolated place, I didn’t face any noise disturbance. So, my overall experience was okay.

The testing centre at Kolkata is horrible. The systems provided are of a below average quality. You will keep on pressing the keyboard key for ages to see a character on the screen. However, the staff is extremely courteous.I had met with an accident a day before my testing and had bandages all over my body. For verification purpose, they had asked me to remove the bandages on my hand. After the palm verification, they gave me extra and even helped me in putting the bandage again. But a strict no to this place keeping in mind the testing conditions and the systems provided.

The test centre was really conveniently located, and it's easy to find it on Google Maps too. There is space to park one's car as well, so thats a bonus.
The centre is a little tiny, and it may feel a little claustrophobic if all 6 computers are occupied. I was scared when 5 apart from me were taking GMAT, as we all started together so the 8 mins break would mean sharing one toilet but it has two toilets.
The lockers are one above the other and felt a little inconvenient. However, staff at centre is very nice and friendly, and they will assist you through everything.
The place needs a little bit of refurbishment i think, to make it a little bigger (even if no. of PCs remains the same).
Arrive 30-45 mins in advance to avoid waiting for too long if the centre is full.
