I came across GMAT club test via different posts when I searched for how to go from Q49 to Q51.
I got the free subscription with eGMAT course. My quant score was already consistent at 49 and I wanted to push it further to 50-51. So I started with these tests and it really startled me in the beginning. In the initial 5 tests i was not able to score more than 46. Also, the i was lagging behind time in each and every test which led to guessing 6-7 questions in the end. This was the level of questions and the low score encouraged me to practice more and more out of it. This not only improved my timing but also the gave me confidence on my answers till the last question.
I recommend these test to one who is really looking forward to score in range of 49-51. The practice of 26 test is really something that would make one to feel at ease during actual GMAT Quant.
I have used GMAT club tests and find it very similar to actual GMAT exam.
GMAT club tests have following advantages:
1. Huge repository of questions to prepare. All questions are of GMAT standard.
2. Test experience is similar to actual GMAT exam.
3. It is cheaper compared to other mock tests available.
4. It truly reflects where one stands. I have taken both GMATprep tests and GMAT club tests and find that my results are consistent which proves that GMAT club tests are true reflection of actual exam.
5. No of quant mock tests are specially noteworthy because no other test prep company provides such huge number of tests to practise.
6. Analysis of results are very helpful. It represents through graphs and pie charts. It indicates strong and weak areas. Avg time taken per question. Fastest attempted question. Slowest attempted question. It also provides accuracy percentages per difficulty level groups.
7. One can easily review wrongs attempts and also correct attempts. Explanation of each question's answer is detailed and elaborate. It helps most in strengthening concepts and approach to answer questions.
I was always good in quant and struggling with verbal prep. Hence most of my focus was on preparing for verbal. It used to bother me that I’m not practicing quant everyday however. Luckily gmatclub has an amazing question bank of both free and paid question sets. For a really reasonable price gmatclub gives access to top quality quant questions . In the last two weeks before my GMAT exam I plan to practice gmatclub quant papers everyday. I don’t think I will need any other material to aim for a q50-51. I already had a q49 in my last exam and i hope to score higher thanks to this amazing resource I got access to through e-gmat
The maths online tests are extremely fulfilling. All concepts are tested and ingrained beautifully through thorough solutions. Anyone aiming a q50+ is almost guaranteed to score using gmatclub maths. The verbal papers are also very similarl to the original test. I have really enjoyed the test experience so far. I am taking the GMAT in the next 30 days and plan on completing all the tests. I don’t think apart from these tests and the official guide anybody would need other materials. The free questions on the forums for cr and sc are helpful in the preparatory phase when you are trying to imbibe the theoretical parts of the concepts to that next level. Gmatclub gives you that push to the last few challenges and helps you give your best. Thank you gmatclub and username B.B. for the wonderful verbal question sets
I found GMAT club tests as pretty accurate and beneficial for GMAT preparation. Quants questions are mind blowing and tests fundamentals as well as applications. It prepares you for any unforeseen challenges. Verbal is equally daunting as the it has got good stock of verbal questions. Higher level questions have been picked from good quality sources and are highly representative of actual GMAT tests. The GUI and the ease of taking tests is equally unparalleled. Layout is good but instructions are properly written. I would recommend the same to every serious gmat takers who want to increase their Q/V score by leaps and bounds. Explanations of questions are nicely written and easily graspable
I subscribed for the Egmat verbal online course in Jan 2018 (after giving one GMAT attempt in which I got Q46 and V19 )in which I received access to the GMAT club tests. The quantitative section of the tests is regressive and is ideal for someone like me aiming a Q50 score. A lot of emphasis is given on topics like data sufficiency, probability, absolute values and permutations and combination. In the GMAT club tests I was getting very low scores in late 30s or early 40s but I was able to check the areas of my weakness and improve accordingly.
The verbal section of the tests i didnt find it quite good enough. A lot of the answers I felt were debatable and wasn’t of GMAT standard
However I find that I have learnt a lot of additional stuff in Quant which will help we achieve my target score of Q50 and get into the business school of my choice 😊
The GMAT Club tests are the best test prep resource you can use aside from the official material from GMAC. I found the GMAT Club material to be challenging enough that I was constantly being pushed throughout my preparation, but not overbearingly difficult to the point it discouraged me. I have tried several different test prep materials, but I always found myself back here verifying my work on the forums. After a while, I figured I might as well try the GMAT Club tests, and I was very happy I did! It ended up being an integral part to my prep. I especially liked having the option to tailor my prep to exactly what I wanted to work on that day. Performing well on the difficult material gave me the confidence to perform to my best ability on test day!
Gmat Club is very good platform, it provides us all the necessary information, study material, and practice question/test at a one place. It has very smooth navigation, user friendly site and app. I would recommend every gmat aspirant to have it.
I use it to hone my quant skills and it is perfect to sharpen my skills. All the solutions of questions have very detailed and informative explanation. Also it provide us to write down our own short cut method which help us and others to know more about different different approaches, which is very useful for learning purpose. One more thing I would like to add in my review that their service is excellent, once I had a issue regarding my subscription and I mailed them for the same and they solved it within an hour which was so impressive to me.
I have been practicing using the Quant portion of the GC tests, and I have seen a significant improvement in my understanding. The GC tests have a been a tremendous resource, specially as a source for upper quant level questions. These questions really push the limits in your understanding. Besides official material, these questions are certainly the next best thing available. I would recommend to anyone wanting to break through the lower 40's level of the quant score. I started in the low 30s; however, through consistency and persistence, I have crossed reached a 45 quant score. Best of luck in your journey!
A lot many test series are available in the market for Gmat, but I think Gmat is the best of all. Firstly I would like to give review about quant section . The section consists of 25 mock tests. Test consists of actual gmat type questions. As you start solving it ,you will realize how many sill mistakes you make even if you are aware of concept. So that's the best part of quant section . Making you conscious throughout the test so that you can score high and avoid silly mistakes. For verbal section I will say each question gives you a new concept, which is a key part in scoring high. So overall I am highly satisfied with the GMAT CLUB Test Series.I would also recommend it to every person who is beginner or in last stage of preparation. the best material out there in the market for quant is gmat club test
