Creating micro drills (5,7 or 10 questions) helps you build sense of time, and have an strategy for how to manage time in the test. For quant the best way is to check timing just once (At q10 - 22.5 to 25 min remaining).

Furthermore, most of the questions in the quiz have multiple approaches and solutions, so that you can learn the one that fits the most with your way of thinking.

An overall well planned quiz module, with adaptive methods, which adds one more point to go for it. Before going for mocks or sectional I would always suggest to try and measure your capabilities here and gain an understanding how you are going to manage the time. It has really helped me boost my score too a majority of the extend even I would say more than any sectional tests and I was able to spot my areas of improvement.
