test review

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I hope the explanations will further more be elaborated to people who are not so friendly with mathematics . it helped me during the preparation and also for the timing as well . The database covers a wide range of questions necessary in order to excel in quantitative section of the gmat . most of the questions are 700 level questions and practicing them makes every candidate confident to go and face the real gmat test .

I wish Gmat Club team all the very best to increase their database upon time and continue its resonance with the real gmat tests.
Very nice collection .

Thanks Bunuel and the Team .

Splendid for Quant, Verbal could be better

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by membership [?]

These tests are probably the gold standard for simulated exam prep for Quant. The questions are varied, difficult and exactly like official GMAT questions - they try and trick you rather than being explicitly difficult. The questions aren't long winded or tough but tricky - exactly like the official GMAT. Plenty of questions, detailed explanations and the ability to curate quizzes - anyone who wants a high quant score should definitely take these. They are worth it just for Quant alone.

Verbal admittedly could be better. But then, I rarely find test prep companies that can create questions similar to the official test makers. This is an area, I believe, in which most prep companies struggle. Nevertheless, the verbal tests are still good practice.

Two thumbs up for the GMAT Club Tests.

One of the best question banks to Practice for GMAT..

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by membership [?]

I have being using GMAT Club Tests for quite some time and would rather says that they are indeed good.
The level of question are good, there is a large variety of question pool from which one can practice according to his/her level.....The test analysis is pretty great, the feature of downloading the report to keep as a reference is great....The best part which I liked was the statistics through which one can compare as to how many people have attempted the question correct and in how much time.

The Club test is pretty good way to practice though the only feature that can make way and is still lagging ...is the customize timer so that at the beginning phase one can race against the timer at their own pace.

The best mock tests for Quant

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I used to be good at Math during the time in high school. However, I struggled a lot when it came to the Quant Section in the GMAT. I was easily trapped by many questions as I didn't realize the nature of Quant section. Thanks to many high-quality questions as well as the excellent and comprehensive explanations for every single question in GMATClub Test, I have learned a lot of useful tips, which really helped me to ace the Quant section with a satisfactory 51 points.
Therefore, I always recommend these tests to anyone who wants to achieve a high Quant score. It's really worth to try these tests.

GmatClub Tests: perfect way to test your skills

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by membership [?]

GMAT Club tests are perfect to test you score in Quantitative. I scored 51 (though cancelled score) in real GMAT. I have not used any other material for quant.
More than 1000 questions in Quant section in tests are enough to practice from single source. each question is at par with real GMAT.
Some of verbal questions are not explained detail, but one get solutions from GC forum.
GC tests are best priced and one can purchase based on time period.
I am still preparing and GMAT club test material is among top most material to achieve my dream of getting 770 plus score in GMAT

GMATclub tests are tough but practicing them .....

Updated :-

Guys my Quant drastically improved practicing GMAT club test. GMATclub tests are the best invest you can make. They are seriously best for Quant.

Here is my review

Gmatclub tests are way above the level of GMAC questions, but trust me those questions are crafted in such a way that you can easily score 700+.
Specifically there Quant, they can assure you Q49+ provided you practice them diligently.

Even though there verbal questions are exactly the official guide formats.
They have a total of 1200+ Quant questions and 550+ verbal questions. Solve them after your foundation is at its best and you are scoring more than 35+ in both the sections. The reason being those questions are not meant for faint heart.

A kudos is always well appreciated. It act as a motivation for my posts.

Thank you

Great resource,Needs to be used efficiently

I have been planning to appear for Gmat since long.I came across Gmat club through a friend of mine. Intially after spending lot of time in identifying the correct resources ,i filtered down to Gmat club test as a ideal tool for my preparation.Apart from the official guides Gmat club tests have ample questions with graded difficulty levels.I use it extensively for my quantitative part preparation mostly. The analytics help you identify you strengths and weaknesses.
the solutions are well explained and help you strengthen your concepts.
planning to write in a couple of months.Wish me luck !!!
Hii All,
Finally took the test.Didnt fare that well, but would still like to share the whole experience and the do's and dont's that i feel should have been followed by me.
The test center of chennai was far from where i live and it took me more than 2 hours to reach. My test was scheduled at 1 but i reached by 12 and got to start my test by 12:30 PM.
The whole process of verification of identity and biometrics was smooth and the test center was good if not great.
Since my timing was clashing with my lunch timing ,I had to carried a bottle of hydrating drinks and some chocolate bars for the breaks.
The AWA and IR went well and then i moved to the quants section after a short break. The section started well and the initial questions were pretty straignt forward. The section went well with some tricky questions appearing around Q10.Since i hadnt taken too many mock due to my extensive travelling job,I was rushing throug the section in the first half hour. This allowed me to relax a bit in the middle section but this is where i think i screwed up.I overestimated my capabilities and was in a fix towards the end of the section.I had to rush through last 4 -5 questions which i feel i got wrong and resulted in a below par score of Q45.

My take aways :How much well prepared you are or good at any topic ,taking timed test is the key for the exam day.Appearing mocks is the most important thing.Little upset but i think i can manage this animal next time.Tightening my belt and getting ready for one more shot in a short while.only worry is i am little late for 2017 cycle.

All the best to everyone else planning to write GMAT in near future. Please take aa many times test as possible.

thanks

Quant sections are very good for practice

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

After my first attempt at GMAT bombed, I realized that I need more practice in quant and better conceptual understanding in verbal.

When I enquired about all the practice test available in the market (other than GMAC tests) all the other tests are not really relevant. I got very strong suggestions to use gmatclub tests.

So far, after taking around 8-10 tests, I have seen significant improvement in my speed and accuracy. Hopefully, I will be able to do my next attempt much better.

I will just pass on advice received from a senior "Do a lot of practice for quant and gmatclub tests are the most realistic tests available and also there are a lot of tests to do sufficient practice"

Good practice for GMAT...especially Quant

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

GMAT club tests are really good practice, specially the quant section is on the spot. I think to actually improve on a particular section, it need practice with GMAT like questions. And not just any GMAT like questions, these need to be something which challenges you to improve and gives extra bit of exercise to your mind. Questions in quant section really make you think and the explanation you need for clarification are always there from Bunuel or some other expert. Apart from usual test format, the test also lets you practice questions in study mode, which I think is really crucial as going back to wrong questions and learning from them is an important step towards improvement.
