Broke it down to 4 sections

0 - 10 , 11-999, 1000 - 1500, 1500 - 1570

0-10 is {2,3,5,7} = 4
11-999 is (10 possible digits for hundreds unit)(4 prime in tens)(4 prime in unit) = 160
1000 - 1499 = (1)(5)(4)(4) = 80
1500-1557 = (1)(1)(3)(4) = 12

= 256 - I would guess 252. I am making a mistake somewhere. Can someone see it?

Crap! of course 0-10 is not counted.
so it's 252.
