I will change the problem to be
If k 0 and (0.0025*0.025*0.00025)^k is an integer, what is the largest value of k?
(0.0025*0.025*0.00025)^k
= (25 x 25 x 25 x 10^-12)^k
= (5^6 x 10^-12)^k
= (5^-6 x 2^-12)^k
For this to be an integer, k should be a negative. The largest value can be -1/6.
