I did it like this:

First, I swapped them to get rid of the negative exponent. .04^4/.08^5.

Then I split the .08^5 into (.04x2)^5, which then became .04^5x2^5, so the whole fraction is now: .04^4/(.04^5x2^5), which then cancels down to 1/(.04x2^5) which is 1/1.28.

Now, I'm not worried about decimals in fractions, because I can clear them out by moving them away top and bottom. So the answer becomes 100/128, which reduces to 25/32.
