Red marbles = 120 * 1/3 = 40.

Black = 80.

new formation of red = 20

Black = 80 + 40 = 120.

Total = 120 + 20 = 140.

Required fraction = 20/140 = 1/7.

total red = 40
20 are taken out so 100 total left
40 black added = 140 total
20/140 = 1/7
