I think "those" is unclear pronouns.

2. It is unclear whether the national supply is contaminated or the blood contaminated. National supply is just a word, whereas blood is a substance. A word can't be contaminated, but blood can. It is also unclear what contamination refers to - this is the main reason why it is wrong. Do you see what I am saying?
3. I think it should be SAVES if you say one in five Americans.
