Is it worth to do a 1 year Mba program from US for 15 years of work experience in finance?

Well… it depends on a few things. It sounds like you may be coming from an international location and an MBA program such as Sloan fellows or Stanford MSX or some of the other ones will provide you with an option to relocate to the United States… and sometimes that’s worth quite a bit in additional earning potential.
Most people get an MBA to turbocharge their career or to get out of a rat or change industry or get out of the current situation…
I think it really depends on your alternatives. If you’re happy with your current situation, that is probably not worth it. If this is your only option, then we should not even be having this discussion 😂
