Hi Sungmat710,

Agreed that an EMBA could be worth considering however if you are set on a full time MBA, there are some schools that take more older applicants than other schools. For example Duke and Yale have older applicants, though the latter is looking for very strong test scores and GPA. IMD in Switzerland is also a school where the average age last year was 31. A lot of the European b-schools like INSEAD also accept older applicants in their mid 30s (oldest I think I know has been 39!). It really depends on your profile and they will be looking at why exactly you want an MBA at this stage in your life. Even if you have switched around a lot, they want to ensure that they will be able to help you make a change and will your profile be attractive to recruiters that come to school. There is some really great material on this subject in our article in Poets and Quants "Getting into b-school when you are 30+" https://poetsandquants.com/2014/04/16/ov ... reference/ Check it out!

If you ever want to chat and have one of our team members give you a free consultation where we can assess if a full time MBA or EMBA is more appropriate, contact us here: https://fortunaadmissions.com/free-consultation/

All the best,
