The crazy part is that:

1) You can't make these up
2) They are funny even when I re-read them

Hilarious!

I almost had a really bad one recently at work. I was prepping for new hire training, and was sending an email to our national head of education at my Big 4 company, when autocorrect changed my request for the "Updated [Service Line] Placemat" (our official term for these big training flowcharts) to "Updated [Service Line] PLACENTA".

WTF, LotusNotes? Who ever needs to write the word placenta in a business email? Luckily I wrote placemat twice- the first mention I clicked through the change, but I caught it the second time.

I couldn't access the link from work yesterday (something about being in poor taste...). But since everyone else seemed to think it was so funny, I made a point of checking it out last night when I got home. Oh my gosh - so funny. I'm not sure why they provoked such a strong reaction - but I laughed to the point of tears. Thanks!

I know I shouldn't be surprised - but I can't believe other employers use LotusNotes too. It's pretty much the bane of my sub-par tech setup at work.

Yeah... not my favorite work application. Although the new version of Sametime is actually pretty sweet, with the call features it's starting to substitute for skype when I'm in the office!
