While I know that it is officially stated that official score is available within 20 days of taking the GMAT, does it usually take this long? The score for the last test I took was received within a week.
I took the test on April 6, 2017 and still haven't received the official score. Checked my junk email folder too. And even though I've sent the unofficial report to the school I've applied to, I've been asked for the official report as they cannot proceed with my application without it.
I've sent an email yesterday on GMATCandidateServicesAPAC@pearson.com requesting an update. I called the customer helpline today as well but they told me to lodge a complaint only after the 20 day time period has passed, otherwise they cannot escalate the process.
I'm getting really worried now.

There is nothing to get worried in my opinion. Wait till the 20th day and still if you don't get it, then you can contact pearson team. Pearson team is very helpful, from my personal experience. All the best!

The official score report should normally reach you in 4-5 days. Doesn't normally take longer than that, though I think some other test takers on this forum reported something similar.
