Hi guys! My name is Xia, you can all me X. So there is the case, I did my first online test on the end of June and my unofficial score is 710. On the next day I receive an email from the Test security team and said that my exam is under review. I’m just wondering if that’s a normal process for all online exam takers or it’s just for me. During the last part of awa, my proctor asked me to adjust the webcam but I did not get that and asked several times what that means.

I’m just wondering if that’s a normal procedure for all online exam takers or it’s just for me.
These reviews appear to be happening more frequently nowadays. Had a student, for example, who reached out after they got a 700 on an exam. They took a bit of tutoring and got a 760 on a retake in about 10 days. The unofficial score went into admin review and took about 2 weeks "15 Business days" to become Official.
Hopefully nothing to worry about.

exam is under review , its not cancelled , depending on the outcome of the review it can only be confirmed whether score will be revoked or not ...
