Assume a total number of work units - let that be LCM of 14 and 11 = 154

2M + 7B can complete work in 14 days = 11 units/day => multiplying by 3 => 6M+21B = 33
3M + 8B can complete work in 11 days = 14 units/day => multiplying by 2 => 6M+16B = 28

=> 5B = 5 => 1B completes 1 unit/day out of total 154 units
2M+7B=11 => 1M completes 2 unit/day out of total 154 units

Number of units/day that 8M+6B will complete = 8*2 + 6*1 = 22 units/day

Time taken to complete 3 times amount of original work = Time to complete 3*154 units
= 3*154/22 = 21 days
