2^x - 2^(x-2) = 3.2^13....Is the question missing something? like whats the value of x?

2^x - 2^(x-2) = 3(2^13)
2^x - 2^x/2^2 = 3(2^13)
2^x (1-1/4) = 3(2^13)
2^x (3/4) = 3(2^13)
3(2^(x-2))=3(2^13)

x-2=13
x=15
