Hello friends!
By the time of application, I will have 4 years of working experience. Now I am with my second employer and I have already spent 2 years here. So by the time of application it will be ~2.5 years. My question is that can my 2 recommenders both from my current employer? They have different seniority and both are very familiar with me. I am sure they will give different perspectives. My previous employer can be my recommender, but since we can't meet regularly, I think they will be harder to communicate with. Thank you!

Yes, that is entirely fine. In fact, it's quite common for candidates to submit two recommenders from their most recent employer because those people are at the place where the candidate is at their highest point to date.
In your case, I am sure you are happier with your title, set of responsibilities, etc. now that than your previous employer. Why wouldn't you want to double dip into that company?
The only caveat would be if they are going to talk about your same accomplishments, projects, etc. You should try your best to coordinate with them so there is no duplication or contradiction. If the two recommenders know one another, they might even be able to quickly align on content.

It's OK to have 2 recommenders from the same employer. As long as they bring different perspectives regarding your skills and experience, and assuming one of them is your direct supervisor, there is no problem.
In general, schools are looking for recommenders who know the candidate very well, on the basis of an experience that is:
1) As long as possible.
2) As intense as possible.
3) Experience that is preferably work-related.
The level of excitement that the recommender demonstrates, and the reasons for this excitement (supporting examples), are most important. The longer and more intense the acquaintance is, the better. Recommendations that attest to the candidate's leadership and management background are preferred.
