I have 2+ years of W.E in IT . If i score 700+ then What are the options(universities) for me to apply .
I am focused to get ISB Hyderabad but afraid that my W.E will be the hindrance. Is it true for ISB?
Also pls suggest some good universities, where i can be successful.

If 2+ = 5 years then it sounds good. If not, I would wait a few more years and do a very strong MBA. Also your WE is very important, do you have a strong names in your CV? For example someone with 2 years in Google would have better chances compared to someone with 5 years of WE in a company nobody has ever heard of. Then GMAT although a requirement for admission usually, is not the most important thing. I would recommend you spend a couple years at least building a strong CV (if you only have 2 years WE) and in the meantime prepare for a very high GMAT, no need to rush it. Since you are from India and in IT it will be very competitive for you. So make sure you max you chances to get in the best program possible. Maybe a more international program will give you more of an edge? In any case, an MBA better your chances of getting a good job, but experience is always an important factor and the more you have the better the job you will land post-MBA.

First of all thanks for ur response .
Sorry I forgot to mention that i am working with Accenture and it's my first job.
till now i have decided that i will give the exam and try my level best to score good then i can apply may be in another 1 or 2 yrs.taking care of the fact that Officially Gmat score is valid for 5 yrs.
