I have 1 year of work experience, and planning to attend a B-School in 2009 or 2010. I am searching for some material on MBA application time lines. (GMAT date, Application deadlines, Course start dates,etc.)

Pick up the book "How to get into Top MBA programs" by Richard Montauk. It is a good primer on B-schools in general.

Start studying for the GMAT now, it is good for 5 years so you will be set for awhile. Read through the reports in the Share your GMAT experience, many posters leave great feedback on what worked for them. I also recommend getting involved in something that interests you outside of work. Try to take a leadership position, or a atleast make a significant impact in the activity. Also, pickup the Montauk book, it gives you good high level schedules for applying to bschool. These activities should get you off to a good start.
