Why is there 2 added if we have already taken 88 (A& B intersection points) into an account?

2 unparalleled lines have 1 point of intersection. So the total number of points of intersection for 24 lines will be 24 c 2 = 276.

However, 8 lines are passing through point A and 11 lines are passing through point B so we have to subtract 8 c 2 and 11 c 2 i.e 28+55 = 83 from the total number of points of intersections. Plus we have to add point A and B to get the final answer.

Final answer = 276-83+2 = 195
