2nd MBA after career gap

Question

Hi,

I am a 32 y.o M with an MBA from IIM-Ranchi (99.09 percentile) and 5 years of work experience across product development, sales and operations. I quit the workforce and prepared for government exams, resulting in a 3-year gap in my resume.

I am currently looking for jobs, but I would like to know if a 2nd MBA from ISB or any top 10 US B-School is a viable option for me. I scored 655 in the 1st official GMAT mock test after about 20 days of preparation. I am targeting a 700+ score (I think I can achieve it with about 2 months preparation).

Any suggestions regarding the path or the preparation tips would be most welcome.

Hi. Getting a second NBA degree is an option, it has become more available and more acceptable in the last five or 10 years.

However, if you are unemployed the moment that’s going to take a dent at your chances.
