300 is a great movie full of visual effects and graphics which made it different and much better.
Acting was great, director did a wonderful job and chose great actors, and it is based on a true story.

I loved it!! :-D
I wish I could go back in time and watch the real Spartans fight, but I'll settle for watching the movie again. I want to buy the graphic novel now. Anybody selling ? :wink:

Sorry to sound against but I didnt appreciate it :)... It doesn't "make it" as Gladiator :)

You are right Fig :) its not got the classic look and feel that Gladiator and Troy have. 300 looked to be an animated comic book. I guess most people liked this movie more because they are in awe of what the Spartans actually did at Thermopylae :war than how its been shown in the movie... atleast that's my reason and I am sure many like me who think more with the heart than the head liked it for the same reason :wink:

I enjoyed watching 300 too! :-D


Trash talk but... :)

I think the Persians should've used catapults first before sending in their infantry or even immortals. Cuz the Spartans were kinda trapped in a narrow passage way and shields wouldn't do against rocks. :twisted:
