category : Parallelism,Participle form Separating the verbs : establishing ...closing....requiring... all 3 in parallel. leaves options B and D.
B: Includes should be include (plural). So D prevails. IMO D.
However,I want to know two things : 1.the exact reason behind using the present participle form of include. 2.Had the option B been which include ......,then how to choose between B and D.
