Hm... good question.
It looks like you can improve both Q and V with Q probably needing a bit more attention.
I would get a
MGMAT Arithmetic/Number properties and Word Problems and make sure you are as comfortable with those books as you can. If there is any weakness, lack of clarity, foggy, etc - make sure those are gone.
On the verbal side, I would focus on what your weaknesses are and where you would want to dive deeper (SC, CR, or RC). Not sure where you would require the most help.
One idea - that you should not forget is that MANY courses offer a score guarantee or money back and since you have taken the GMAT already you will have an unconditional guarantee unless you improve 50 points (Knewton and Economist), 5 points on Verbal with eGMAT, and some with
