Happy to help however I can on GMAT prep :) Although I'm sure folks with higher scores than a 710 might be even more helpful. Unfortunately since I gave the GRE in 2018 my memory there is fuzzy.

Hi shaheb218,
I agree with AndrewN - your GRE score is very strong; I recommend submitting that instead of your GMAT score. Most schools accept both the GRE and GMAT and do not have a preference.

As for whether you should take the GMAT again, I think if you're hitting a wall, it's not worth your time and frustration. R1 apps are opening up; you would be better served using the time to craft strong essays, which are an important part of differentiating yourself. Top US business schools like HBS / GSB take a holistic look at not only your grades and scores, but also your work trajectory and career goals, and leadership outside of school and work.

If you would like to discuss your profile in more detail, feel free to schedule a 1:1 consultation with us. Wishing you the best in your MBA journey!

Sincerely,
Debbie
