Looks like a job for difference of squares factoring!
That is: x² - y² = (x + y)(x - y)

Likewise, 350² - 320² = (350 + 320)(350 - 320)
= (670)(30)
= 20,100

Answer: E

350^2 - 320^2 = 100(35^2 - 32^2) = 100 x 67 x 3 = 100 x 201 (option E)
