Planning to study 9 hours a day for any extended period of time is NOT a good idea; you're more likely to 'burn out' than achieve your goals, so you should plan for less study time per day (and you do NOT have to study every day - taking 1 day 'off' per week is generally a good idea).
2 months of study time will give you plenty of time to train, but you're likely going to need at least 3 months of consistent study time to hit your score goal. With that larger time commitment, you would still have time to work on your Round 2 applications (but there would likely be some 'overlap' with your GMAT studies).
You'll likely get a much better sense of all of this once you've started studying. You should proceed with your plan for the next couple of weeks, then take another FULL-LENGTH CAT so that you can measure your progress. We can then talk about any adjustments to your studies.
