Last time I gave the GMAT Exam it was Nov 2010 fetched 510, before that I gave test in feb 2010 and scored 440.....
First time I approached exam in haphazard manner.........second time I attended local tuition on weekends and for 2 months, but didnt work on OG and was not completely prepared............
So after a gap of year and half, I decided to launch a new attack(March 2012) Completed OG 12.....
Now targeting MGMAT and OG 13, OG Verbal & Quant (edition 4)...............
But sometimes I tend go into hibernation by thinking that what will be my score this time...............
I dont know how these three attempts are gonna affect my chances in good B-School...............
What I know is, I am in complete Mess..... personally(marriage on cards) and professionally (recession beating hard).......
But need to fight hard, I guess this is the real test of good Manager.........hope I maintain my cool !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey man, sorry to hear about this. Firstly and most importantly, start taking care of your health. Eat well, start working out. These things will definitely put you in a better frame of mind and working out even if it means 20 mins of cardio a day is known to release endorphins: a feel good neurotransmitter. At this point I would suggest that you stop thinking about the score (easier said than done I know!). Focus on making your study sessions a positive experience. What I mean is try and enjoy the experience because it will help motivate you and you will start doing better. For example, I don't enjoy quants. Then I spent time on wikipaedia reading about the history of mathematics and it somewhat helped me appreciate the stuff.
On another note, if you feel the time is not right due to personal circumstances, why not consider postponing? Focus on getting in a positive place in life and maybe in 5-6 months you can start your GMAT prep in full gusto.
