Hi KeshavLahoti,
Many Test Takers are unhappy with their initial practice scores, but you really shouldn't be. That 470 is just a measure of your skills right now - and you'll improve on that result over time as you learn more about the content, Tactics and little 'secrets' of the Exam. Many GMATers spend 3 months (or more) of consistent study time before they hit their 'peak' scores, so if you're thinking about studying for just 2.5 months, then that might limit how much you can improve. Thankfully, the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level. If you're going to stick with this general timeframe though, you will need to be really efficient with your studies going forward.
1) Do you plan to study every day of the week? I only ask because we would not want you to 'burn out' before Test Day (and taking 1 day 'off' per week is generally a good idea)?
2) What study materials do you currently have access to?
3) When are you planning to apply to Business School and what Schools are you planning to apply to?
GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
