Congrats on your score increase. I love reading stories like yours. I am aiming for 700+ and was a little upset when I scored a 520 on my first practice test. I did quite a bit of it during work and had my concentration broken several times, but I was hoping to be around 600 by this point.

Right now it looks like UT McCombs, SMU Cox, TCU Neely or Rice University. These are good Texas schools. I can't really move right now or else I would try to bump my GMAT to 700+ and try for UCB Haas, U of Chicago or NYU Stern.
