\(\frac{(49*18) + (24*84) - (56*9)}{21}\) = \(\frac{21((7*6) + (8*12) - (8*3))}{21}\) = \((7*6) + (8*12) - (8*3) = 42 + 96 - 24 = 114\) (Option C)
