Don't worry, I wasn't judging you based on your grammar--just pointing out something that could be a helpful fix for a low verbal score.

I'm a big fan of the Manhattan Review books--you can buy the whole set of 8, or just the volumes that deal with the subjects you need (sentence correction, critical reasoning, etc.). Work through those books and the Official Guide, do a lot of practice questions, do a lot of English-language reading, repeat. If you've got 2 hours a day to devote to it you should be able to make some quick progress.

Once your score is complete it gets sent to the schools--I don't think there's anything you can do about it if you didn't cancel the score. But most schools say they accept your highest score, so as long as you improve next time you're not going to be downgraded for a low first-time score.
