Im in the knewton course and also bought Kaplan and MGMAT books.
I have went thru all the books and covered my weaknesses yet am still not doing good on CATs. I find no point reviewing my notes because I already know all the basics including the rules, geometry etc. My verbal is decent, but my score in Quant keeps varying.
For instance, I got 42Q 28V on my Kaplan CAT then I worked on Verbal. Then I took a Knewton CAT and received at 32Q and 37V. I dont understand whats going on. My plan is to just do practice questions from here on out and find my weaknesses instead of reviewing the notes.
Biggest problem: My GMAT is scheduled for October 29th!!
Any help is appreciated!

The variation in your quant score is showing that you still need to work upon you weaknesses. More efforts are required. As an advice I would suggest you to analyse your MOCKS and try to figure it out where you are lacking. Moreover, KAPLAN tests are generally termed harder than other MOCKS.. so comparatively you did well in them. Be calm and do not pressurize yourself with the upcoming exam date...

Did you review both the mocks? Its important to know why you scored low. Rather than looking at the score, i would spend hours looking out for gaps.
Remember once your done the mock review you should know, where you need to work on.
