Hi everyone,
I'm currently a senior at a public university here in the United States and recently took the GMAT. I received a score of 590 on the actual exam and can't say I was too disappointed because I knew I didn't study as well as I could have. But what surprised me was my low Quantitative score. I was sure I was at least in the low 40's and had actually scored a 39 (
MGMAT), 45 (TPR), and 38/43 (GMATPrep) on the CAT's.
In terms of my verbal, I must say I was pleasantly surprised at a 34 but I know I need to improve on the content for all three sections especially the timing.
My ultimate goal is to get a 700. In order for that to happen I need to drastically improve on Quant (45+) and Verbal (38+).
I would greatly appreciate any tips as well as some advice on how to use the
MGMAT prep books especially the quantitative booklets.
Thanks.
