1. [That country must be the one with the greatest number of reps because if another one with more reps ( ex: 42) will add up a total number of reps of 83 (>75)]
The rest of reps is 75-41= 34
In case : 5 other countries have no of reps like this :
9 ,8 ,7 ,6 ,4 . A has 9 insuff
2. refer to examples in stmt 1 ----> insuff
1 and 2. refer to examples in stmt 1 ---> insuff
